Terms of service.

Payment is required before your order is started or special ordered. Your quoted delivery time doesn't start until payment has been made in full. There will NOT be a discounted price for customers who provide their own substrants (t-shirts, jackets, mugs ect.). Any additional items added to your order after the order is placed will be considered rush items and change the quote of each additional item(s).You will need to provide ample amount of time for your order to be processed and delivered. Depending on the number of items ordered you will need to allow at least 3-5 business days for your order to be shipped. If your item is a special order please allow 7-10 business days for your order to be shipped. If your item has to be special ordered due to size of your time the quoted price may change.  After you have received and approved the mock up of the desired item you will NOT be able to make changes. Any images that are provided for any orders will be deleted immediately after the item has been delivered. Any finished work will be posted as advertisement on social media and Tapintrends.com. We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone.

Returns & Exchanges 

We do not accept any returns on any items. If you have an issue with any of your items please contact us via email: admin@taptintrends.com. Someone will contact you within 24hours. If you have received the incorrect item due to your mistake we will be happy to sale you the correct one. If you have received the incorrect item due to our mistake, please allow us to make it right please contact us.
